Job summary

Jacobs Poland seeks a Benefits Specialist to manage compensation and benefits reporting and administration. You will handle inquiries, improve processes, and collaborate with Corporate Benefits, Accounting, Payroll, and other HR services teams.

The role offers a hybrid work model in Kraków with private medical care and life insurance, plus support for employees and families. You will need 2-3 years in HR or Payroll, strong English, confidentiality and teamwork to ensure timely, accurate

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in HR or Payroll.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Manage all relevant Compensation and Benefits reporting and administration.
• Handle benefits related inquiries.
• Recommends enhancements, improvements and simplifications of existing processes and procedures.
• Cooperate with Corporate Benefits, Accounting, Payroll, Project Controls, Global Mobility and other HR Services teams.
• Support other teams in handling more complex, not only Benefits related queries.
• Maintain positive and professional relations with vendors and stakeholders.
• May assist with additional work for other HR functions, not limited to Benefits.
