Job summary

Aon Corporation is hiring an Associate Consultant to support the delivery of online benefits systems for clients. You will be the key contact between clients, consulting teams, project teams and operations to ensure client requirements are met and growth is supported.

You will work with engagement, health, risk and DC consultants to ensure inputs are delivered and will develop strong partnerships with client teams and third-party providers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and expectations.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Experience working with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identifying service delivery risks for each client and implementing mitigations as appropriate.
• Using Easy Projects as the primary communication tool with the project manager to update progress.
• Building strong relationships with client teams, client representatives and third-party providers.
• Walking through requirements with the system delivery team.
• Converting and maintaining client requirements as projects evolve.
• Providing input to testing in line with the current Test Strategy.
• Briefing the Employee Contact Centre on changes in requirements.
• Ensuring tasks are well managed and risks are identified and resolved.
• Managing change requests and renewals, including Platinum clients.
