PwC Poland is seeking a Belgian Payroll Specialist to join our HR and Payroll Operations team. You will deliver accurate Belgian payroll processing, ensure compliance, and collaborate with local authorities and third‑party providers.

The role requires 2+ years in Belgian payroll, English at C1, and French or Dutch at B2, with a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and comfort with new technologies and AI tools. Hybrid work options and a comprehensive development program are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Belgian payroll operations.
• Fluent in English (C1) and French or Dutch (B2) for written and spoken communication.
• Ability to understand both detailed processes and broader workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Belgian payroll services and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Process payroll accurately and on time, handle salary payments and rejections.
• Perform statutory and compliance activities, and coordinate with third-party providers.
• Respond to inquiries from local authorities and report payroll activities on time.
• Support year-end processes and other country-specific payroll activities.
