Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a Belgian Payroll Specialist to support and transform payroll operations for domestic and international clients. You will deliver high-quality payroll services, ensure timely processing, handle banking payments, and collaborate with senior staff to address inquiries from local authorities.

We value ownership, proactive approaches, and strong use of AI-based tools to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Belgian payroll operations.
• Proficiency in English (C1) for fluent communication.
• Proficiency in French or Dutch (B2) for fluent communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality payroll services in compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing including transaction validation.
• Handle salary payments in the banking system and monitor status/rejections.
• Perform statutory and compliance activities or oversee third-party providers.
• Collaborate with senior staff to respond to queries from local authorities.
• Report payroll activities accurately and escalate risks as needed.
• Support year-end processes and country-specific payroll activities.
• Update procedures when required.
