Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Warsaw is seeking a non-management kitchen support professional to direct and assist stewards, ensure proper water temperature and cleaner levels, and help with banquet plate-ups and stock management.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist Stewards to improve efficiency of cleanup.
• Ensure water temperature and chemical levels are appropriate and documented.
• Assist with banquet plate-ups and stock for banquets and buffets.
• Support cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dishwashing.
