Job summary

Highline Warsaw is recruiting for a bartender supervisory role in the heart of Warsaw. The successful candidate will supervise bar staff, ensure top-notch customer experiences, manage inventory, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

You will co-create drink menus, train and motivate staff, and support the team to deliver memorable guest experiences while collaborating with the F&B Manager in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of English and Polish to communicate freely.
• Knowledge of computer and MS Office.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work under time pressure.

Requirements:

• 1 year experience as, Bartender, Bar Supervisor,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of English and Polish to communicate freely,
• Knowledge of computer and (MS Office).
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays,
• Ability to work under time pressure.
