Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years leadership in digital commerce with global CPG experience.
• Experience with annual business planning, forecasting, customer and distributor management.
• Excellent relationship-building and strategic leadership.
• Distribution center knowledge is ideal.
• Experience with agile project management.
• Proven experience with social media to drive incremental sales.
• Experience localizing and implementing a global consumer goods strategy.
• Strong understanding of system financials/economics.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and develops business opportunities and plans, with KPIs to achieve revenue goals.
• Develop plans to increase volume and profitability in key channels.
• Translate insights into channel strategies and plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic and annual business plans.
• Support operating unit development by identifying opportunities and risks based on market analysis.
• Collaborate with Shopper, RGA, Marketing, Technical and Finance to enhance go-to-market.
