You will translate consumer insights into channel plans, lead annual business planning, and manage cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives that enhance brand performance and system profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of leadership in digital commerce within global consumer packaged goods, including branding and grocery.
• Experience with annual business planning, forecasting, customer and distributor management.
• Strong relationship-building and strategic leadership.
• Distribution center knowledge is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and develops business opportunities with KPI-driven revenue goals.
• Develops plans to increase volume and profitability through channel and shopper insights.
• Analyzes issues by packages and coordinates with trade, sales, marketing, and finance.
• Translates shopper insights into channel strategies.
• Leads strategic and annual business planning across the system.
• Manages cross-functional project teams.
• Supports operating unit development with market analysis across channels.
