Job summary

Speedixa is seeking a results-driven sales specialist to acquire B2B customers in central Warsaw. The role offers a fixed base pay plus monthly performance bonuses and a modern office at central Warsaw.

You will build a prospect database, negotiate terms, and participate in implementing transport projects, with opportunities for training and career development. Ideal candidates communicate in English or other languages, are available for office-based work Monday to Friday, and can work

Qualifications

Language proficiency: communicative knowledge of English, German, French or Italian.
Availability for office-based work in central Warsaw, Monday to Friday.
Stress resilience, responsibility and attention to detail.
Results-oriented approach with teamwork abilities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Actively acquire new customers and develop business contacts.
Build a prospect database and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners.
Negotiate commercial and operational terms.
Agree prices, conditions and service scope with customers.
Participate in implementing new transport projects.
