TTEC Poland is hiring a Business Development Representative in Krakow, Poland. The role leverages German and English to drive growth in a hybrid setup, with a 3/2 split between office and home. You will target B2B SaaS/IT sectors and close deals against monthly and quarterly KPIs.

Relocation to Krakow is required, with a one-time relocation reimbursement. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00, offering a competitive monthly gross salary and opportunity to advance in a growing tech sales

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS/IT/Ad sales or Cloud/Tech sales.
• Proven ability to meet monthly/quarterly KPI targets.
• Demonstrated closing experience.
• Experience with outbound sales activities.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Krakow, Poland for a hybrid work model.
