Overfunded, a Manchester-based design and go-to-market agency, seeks a B2B marketer to lead content and campaigns for its own brand and clients. You’ll craft LinkedIn posts, emails, scripts, and landing pages, while shaping client conversations into actionable campaigns.

You’ll work directly with the founder, collaborate with designers in Poland and Manchester, and own campaign outcomes using AI tools to streamline work and drive results.

Qualifications

• Energetic and curious with a can-do attitude.
• Fluent English, C1 or higher, strong written and spoken communication.
• 2+ years in B2B marketing or agency work.

Responsibilities

• Own the content calendar for Overfunded and client campaigns.
• Write LinkedIn posts, emails, scripts, landing pages and case studies in brand tone.
• Join calls with UK founders, capture needs and shape into campaigns.
• Build and manage named-account lists with target companies and sequences.
• Brief designers and video editors; maintain consistency across channels.
• Track reach, engagement, and conversations to improve next month.
