Talent Factor Ltd. is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to own Polish-language content and messaging for a rapidly expanding AI technology company. You will craft website, landing page, ad, social and video content, while guiding campaigns to measurable growth.

The role requires native Polish, fluent English, and at least 4 years in content marketing or related fields. You will work with international teams and may relocate temporarily to Vienna for onboarding and collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Polish writing and copywriting excellence required.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or fast-growing tech environments.
• Strong understanding of content’s impact on acquisition and conversion.
• Ability to create website, landing, ad copy, social content and video scripts.
• Data-driven mindset and A/B testing experience.

Aufgaben

• Own Polish website and landing page copy and optimize it continuously.
• Create high-performing advertising copy for Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other paid channels.
• Develop concepts and scripts for video advertising across YouTube and paid social.
• Create and execute organic content strategies for the Polish market.
• Collaborate with Polish creators, influencers and customers for authentic content.
• Adapt global campaigns to the Polish market and messaging.
• Use insights and performance data to improve messaging and conversion.
• Align product positioning and GTM communication with marketing goals.
• Ensure consistent, effective communication across major customer touchpoints.
