Job summary

Redwerk in Poland seeks a hands-on Social Media Creator to own our social media execution and growth, with a focus on generating qualified inbound leads. This remote, execution-first role demands strategy, production, publishing, optimization, and content across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok for B2B IT outsourcing.

You will build thought leadership for the CEO, drive daily visibility, and scale content workflows using AI tools, measuring impact by leads and engagement rather than vanity metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing.
• Experience in B2B Tech / IT outsourcing / IT services or related fields.
• Strong hands-on LinkedIn experience (mandatory).
• Proven ability to generate inbound leads or conversations via social media.
• Experience building executive personal brands.
• Cross-platform content strategy experience.
• Strong copywriting for professional audiences.
• Experience with international markets.
• English level: B2+ or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies focused on lead generation.
• Create content that supports inbound interest, inquiries, and conversations.
• Publish at least 1 post per primary platform per day.
• Manage and grow CEO's LinkedIn and professional social presence.
• Build thought leadership content designed to generate conversations and inbound opportunities.
• Create short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn video) aligned with B2B positioning.
• Develop CTAs, hooks, and content formats that drive engagement and inbound actions.
• Track performance metrics tied to reach, engagement, and lead indicators.
• Optimize based on analytics and business impact, not vanity metrics.
• Use AI tools to scale content production and ideation.
• Continuously refine content systems and publishing workflows.
