Job summary

Infinity Quest is seeking a Support Engineer with software development experience, preferably .NET, to join our Azure Dev support team and work directly with developer customers. You will debug, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues while collaborating with engineers to drive timely solutions.

You will communicate clearly in English via telephone, email and chat, handle technically challenging cases, and contribute to a positive customer experience through cross-team teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Development and technical support experience.
• Azure domain experience is a plus.
• Soft Skills are important.
• Handle technically challenging and politically sensitive customer situations.
• Strong communications skills – excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Debug, troubleshoot, and correct code for customer issues.
• Assist developers with issue reproduction and guidance.
• Communicate next steps and status to customers clearly.
