Job summary

HSBC Service Delivery (Polska) Sp. z o.o. is HSBC's global finance, operations, risk and technology centre. As an IT Business Analyst, you will support Avaloq change and delivery across HSBC locations and system landscapes.

You’ll connect business stakeholders with product owners, developers, testers and vendors, translating banking needs into practical technology solutions and documenting current and future processes.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with the Avaloq Banking Suite and its processes.
• Experience analysing Avaloq change requests including migration and upgrades.
• Proven ability to write functional specs, technical requirements and data mappings.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to understand business goals and expected outcomes.
• Analyse requirements and translate them into Avaloq specifications.
• Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios for various testing stages.
• Support estimation, prioritisation and release delivery via collaboration with teams.
