Job summary

CLdN CARGO in Gdansk, Poland, is seeking an accountable Customer Service Representative to autonomously organize end-to-end transport orders while meeting client needs and complying with operational and legal requirements.

The role involves multitasking across customer service, order creation, follow-up of costs and deadlines, and collaboration with management to optimise transport solutions. Fluency in English and Polish is required.

Responsibilities

• Deal with all aspects of customer service.
• Create the transport order and ensure transit times and delivery dates are met.
• Follow up of orders, costs, deadlines and keep clients updated.
• Be an ambassador of customer in the company and drive up customer performance.
• Trouble shooting: handle problems that may occur and resolve operational issues.
• Follow up of complaints: propose solutions and react proactively.
• Work in close collaboration with management to optimise transport solutions.
• Manage various administrative tasks.
• Ad hoc projects.
