Job summary

Adampol SA in Poland is seeking a Junior Logistics Customer Service Specialist to support daily transport operations and maintain clear communication with customers and carriers.

You will coordinate road transport, monitor orders, prepare documentation, and work with Rail Terminal, Warehouse and Customs Agency. You will learn the fundamentals of transport, forwarding and logistics while developing teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Moderate English communication skills (B1) required.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Motivation to start a career in logistics and transport.

Responsibilities

• Support organizing and coordinating road transport operations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and carriers.
• Monitor transport orders and update status in systems.
• Prepare and complete transport documentation.
• Coordinate with Rail Terminal, Warehouse and Customs Agency.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver services.
