Job summary

Astek Polska sp. z o.o. is seeking a System Validation Engineer for the automotive sector.

You will validate, test, and report on mechanisms, contribute to durability and functional testing, and align with IATF 16949 standards. The role emphasizes analysis, root-cause investigation, and work primarily on-site in Tychy, Poland. Ideal applicants have a technical degree, 2+ years in validation, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in product validation, testing, R&D, or a similar engineering role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Have hands-on experience with mechanical, durability, fatigue, vibration, environmental, or functional testing.
• Understand validation processes, test specifications, test planning, and technical reporting.
• Can analyze test results, identify potential issues, and support root cause analysis.
• Are comfortable working with technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Have knowledge of automotive quality standards and processes, such as IATF 16949.
• Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.
• Are comfortable working primarily on-site in Tychy, Poland.
