Job summary

Astek Polska sp. z o.o. seeks an Industrial Engineer for an automotive client.

You will lead industrialization from kick-off to ramp-up, planning budgets and resources across manufacturing sites. You will optimize production processes and coordinate supplier activities to ensure product manufacturability. The role requires 2–5 years in industrial/ manufacturing engineering, knowledge of FMEA, risk assessment, and validation, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years in Industrial/Manufacturing/Process engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with industrialization projects, production launches, and process development.
• Knowledge of Process FMEA (AMDEC), risk assessment and validation processes.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, preparing technical specifications, and reviewing offers.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrialization activities from project kick-off to production ramp-up.
• Define industrial project plans, budgets (CAPEX), and resources with Project Managers and plants.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing and logistics processes for manufacturability.
• Coordinate design reviews, FMEA, risk assessments, and validation plans.
• Prepare specifications, support supplier selection, and coordinate equipment procurement.
• Manage prototype builds, production trials, and equipment acceptance activities.
• Analyze process capability and KPIs, drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate engineering changes and cross-functional collaboration.
