Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of experience in product validation, testing, R&D, or a similar engineering role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Have hands-on experience with mechanical, durability, fatigue, vibration, environmental, or functional testing.
• Understand validation processes, test specifications, test planning, and technical reporting.
• Can analyze test results, identify potential issues, and support root cause analysis.
• Are comfortable working with technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Have knowledge of automotive quality standards and processes, such as IATF 16949.
• Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.
• Are comfortable working primarily on-site in Tychy, Poland.

Position

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of System Validation Engineer for our client from the Automotive industry.

Offered salary

Salary: from 80 to 110 PLN net/h, depending on experience and competences.

You’re ideal for this role if you:

• Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in product validation, testing, R&D, or a similar engineering role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Have hands‑on experience with mechanical, durability, fatigue, vibration, environmental, or functional testing.
• Understand validation processes, test specifications, test planning, and technical reporting.
• Can analyze test results, identify potential issues, and support root cause analysis.
• Are comfortable working with technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Have knowledge of automotive quality standards and processes, such as IATF 16949.
• Have strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Electric Power Steering (EPS) systems or automotive steering components.
• Familiarity with MTS testing systems.
• Knowledge of Vector CANoe, CANape, or CAN communication.
• Basic understanding of GD&T and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
