Flix is seeking an Authorization & Bus Station Manager in Poland to secure regulatory approvals and route licenses, while coordinating with station partners and infrastructure managers to ensure compliant operations across the region.

The role involves leading a team, managing day-to-day priorities, and working with Network Planning and global Authorization teams to design a high-quality route network.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in transport, authorizations, or similar role.
• Fluent in Polish and English; strong regulatory and paperwork handling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee legal requirements and obtain authorizations and line concessions for planned routes.
• Manage and support the team; coordinate day-to-day priorities and foster knowledge sharing.
• Build and maintain communication with regulatory bodies to secure licenses for regular transport.
• Optimize stop and station infrastructure to support reliable operations.
• Develop relationships with bus station operators and infrastructure partners in Poland.
