Dott is seeking a hands-on Local Operations Lead in Szczecin to keep our fleet moving and warehouses humming. You’ll coordinate drivers, manage subcontractors, own the fleet readiness, and optimize routes and shifts with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics or fast-paced operations.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment and can adapt quickly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Decisive leadership with composure under pressure.
• Fluent in English for international communication.
• Valid Category B driving license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drivers and mechanics to keep operations smooth.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure service quality.
• Own the fleet and ensure scooters/bikes are ready to roll.
• Plan efficient routes and craft smart shift schedules.
• Oversee warehouse operations and quality of repairs.
• Analyze data and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and components.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals.
• Occasionally drive company vehicles when needed.
