Flix, based in Warsaw with a hybrid work model, seeks a Senior Manager Billing & Cost Controlling to lead bus partner settlements and infrastructure cost control across Europe. You will drive reporting, analysis, and cross-country transformations while engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements include 6-8 years in finance, cross-functional project experience, and fluency in English and Ukrainian. The role offers growth opportunities within a tech-driven travel platform.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of finance experience in a multinational environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from idea to implementation.
• Hands-on exposure to automation, AI tools, or finance systems implementation.
• Familiarity with Lean management or continuous improvement methodologies is a strong plus.
• Strong project ownership and ability to drive results with limited authority.
• Fluent English and Ukrainian.

Responsabilités

• Own and oversee bus partner settlement processes across European regions.
• Oversee infrastructure cost controlling and monthly closing activities.
• Deliver billing and cost reporting, analysis, and insights for management.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives and standardize cross-country processes.
• Act as senior point of contact for billing and infrastructure cost matters.
