Job summary

Aon is seeking an ATS Integration Consultant to join our Kraków team. You will onboard clients, gather requirements, and implement integrations between the Aon Assessment Platform and customer ATS systems using RESTful web services and OpenAPI specifications.

You will work directly with HR technology and IT teams to map data, troubleshoot API errors, and ensure successful launches. Knowledge of JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, and data mapping is essential; experience with HR SaaS platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical integration, solutions engineering or implementation consulting.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, OpenAPI, JSON/XML and OAuth 2.0.
• Experience delivering customer-facing integration projects end-to-end in HR tech or SaaS.

What the day will look like

As a Consultant for ATS Integration, you will be responsible for client onboarding initiatives from initial requirements through implementation, testing and debut. You will interact directly with customers to understand their ATS environment and workflows and translate their requirements into effective technical integrations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Crafting and implementing integrations between the Aon Assessment Platform and customer ATS systems using web services described by OpenAPI specifications, RESTful endpoints, webhooks, JSON, XML and SFTP-based data exchange.
• Working directly with customer HR technology and IT teams to understand ATS configurations, authentication requirements, candidate workflows and data exchange needs.
• Handling integrations beginning with collecting requirements and continuing through configuration, testing, and launch, including troubleshooting API errors, data mapping issues, and workflow exceptions.
• Crafting clear integration specifications and data mapping documentation and supporting customers throughout testing and implementation.
• Prioritising multiple customer integration projects while working closely with Engineering, Solution Architects, Technical Support and QA teams.
• Maintaining integration documentation and helping identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve customer implementations.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• proven track record in technical integration, solutions engineering or implementation consulting, ideally within HR technology, SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, OpenAPI, JSON/XML and OAuth 2.0, including troubleshooting integration failures and working with API responses and payloads.
• Experience delivering customer-facing integration projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering and configuration through testing and launch.
• Experience with at least one major ATS platform such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Taleo, Greenhouse, iCIMS or SmartRecruiters, combined with an understanding of data mapping, transformation and validation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical requirements clearly and prioritise multiple customer projects at various stages.

Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, SFTP integrations, SQL, OpenAPI specifications, assessment or talent technology platforms, and AI tools used for user documentation and troubleshooting would be an advantage.
