Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain ATMs and related self‑service devices. The role requires hands‑on field work, independent operation, and frequent travel within the region to support service calls and standby rotations.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in field service, strong troubleshooting ability, and basic IT/ networking knowledge. A valid driver’s license and customer‑focused mindset are essential for success at NCR Atleos.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electronics, IT, Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years in field service, tech support, or hardware maintenance.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within region.
Ability to work independently and meet SLAs.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade ATMs and related self‑service devices to meet customer requirements.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and system issues using standard procedures.
Manage customer incidents from assignment to resolution per SLAs.
Maintain electronic service records and inventory transactions with mobile apps.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships with timely updates.
