Job summary

NCR Atleos, based in Warsaw, Poland with a hybrid work arrangement, seeks a General Ledger Controller to manage reconciliations, postings, and month-end close in line with global standards and local requirements. The role supports group reporting, audits, and process improvements across the SSC landscape.

• At least 2+ years of experience within SSC environment in General Ledger or A2R area.
• Knowledge of ERP systems; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations, postings, and month-end activities in line with internal standards.
• Participate in group reporting and consolidation processes.
• Support external and internal auditors by providing required documentation and explanations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and actively contribute to process excellence initiatives.
• Prepare various reports and analyses as requested by senior management.
• Handle ad-hoc operational and administrative queries.

General Ledger Controller

Warsaw, Poland - hybrid

GL Controller reports to European Manager of Reporting and Consolidation and performs period-end closing activities in a timely manner and in accordance with operational procedures, global corporate standards, and local requirements

Position Summary & Key Areas Of Responsibility

• Perform reconciliations, postings, and month-end activities in line with internal standards.
• Participate in group reporting and consolidation processes

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting/Economy or similar
• At least 2+ years of experience within SSC environment in a related process area and/or accounting (preferably in General Ledger or A2R area)
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Very good level of written and spoken English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)
• Strong willingness to learn and develop.
