Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ATMs and related self-service banking devices. Location: Poland, Virtual (remote). You will ensure equipment uptime, deliver customer-focused service, and adhere to SLAs with extensive travel.

The role requires 2+ years in field service and a valid driver’s license. Strong electronics/IT technical background and experience with multi-vendor support are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or technical qualification in electronics/IT.
• At least 2 years of field service or hardware maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting electromechanical or self-service equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Ability to work independently and meet SLAs.
• Willingness to participate in standby and weekend coverage.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade ATMs and related self-service devices.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and system issues.
• Manage customer incidents from assignment to resolution per SLAs.
• Maintain electronic service records and inventory transactions via mobile apps.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships with timely updates.
• Participate in multi-vendor maintenance and required trainings.
• Travel within assigned territories to support service calls and repairs.
• Join on-call rotations, weekend shifts, and holiday support.
