Job summary

Allegro Ltd. seeks a hands-on maintenance engineer to monitor and repair outdoor hardware across sites in Poland, including parcel machines and ATMs. You will work with field engineers and internal teams to diagnose issues and uphold SLA commitments.

The role requires practical, independent work, proficiency in English, a Bachelor's or Master's degree, and a valid B driver's license. Travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining/outdoor hardware like parcel machines, ATMs, vending machines.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with electrical systems.
• Good English communication and coordination with teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and diagnose outdoor hardware across sites.
• Coordinate with field engineers, vendors, and internal teams to fix issues and maintain SLA.
• Plan maintenance routes, manage parts and resources, and supervise subcontractors when needed.
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting support during installations and maintenance.
