Job summary
EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Atlassian Expert with strong security expertise to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade Atlassian platforms. You will lead complex projects, architect secure integrations, and guide enterprise transformations with Agile/ITSM excellence.
Responsibilities include designing scalable Atlassian architecture, leading Jira Data Center and Atlassian Cloud initiatives, and mentoring teams. Strong leadership and security-first mindset required for success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Atlassian products and platforms.
- Leadership experience of at least 1 year in complex projects.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, workflow design, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Design a scalable Atlassian platform architecture.
- Lead Jira Data Center and Atlassian Cloud projects.
- Define governance, security, and IAM models.
- Architect integrations with ServiceNow, GitHub Enterprise, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Build automation using REST APIs, Forge, and Automation for Jira.
- Support Jira Cloud migrations and enterprise transformations.
- Optimize Agile and ITSM workflows.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and solution discovery sessions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring.
