Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Atlassian Architect to join our Agile & Atlassian team. You will own the design, delivery, and optimization of Atlassian Cloud solutions, balancing hands‑on work with leadership and consulting to meet client needs.

You will lead technical teams, guide presales, mentor colleagues, and tackle complex architectural challenges across Jira, Confluence, and related products to improve workflows and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Atlassian Cloud experience (Jira, Confluence) with 5+ years.
• Experience in solution architecture, system integration, and process optimization.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in consulting, presales, or client advisory roles is a plus.
• Proactive mindset with strategic and operational capabilities.
• Very good communication in English and Polish.
• Residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, scalable Atlassian Cloud solutions that meet client needs and follow best practices.
• Lead and coordinate project teams as a Technical Lead, ensuring smooth collaboration and on-time delivery.
• Solve complex technical and architectural challenges within the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on Atlassian platform development, integrations, and process improvements.
• Support presales activities by designing solution architectures and contributing to proposals.
• Participate in marketing and community initiatives, such as webinars and industry events.
• Improve team processes to boost collaboration and efficiency.
• Mentor team members and support their growth through training and knowledge sharing.
• Analyze client environments and suggest innovative solutions to enhance workflows.
