Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an Atlassian Architect to own the design, delivery, and optimization of Atlassian-based solutions. You will balance hands-on implementation with leadership and advisory duties, guiding client projects from architecture to delivery.

The role requires deep Atlassian Cloud expertise, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to work closely with clients, presales, and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Atlassian Cloud experience (Jira, Confluence)
• Experience in solution architecture, system integration, and process optimization
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management
• English and Polish communication; Poland resident

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Atlassian Cloud solutions that meet client needs
• Lead and coordinate project teams as Technical Lead
• Solve complex architectural challenges within Atlassian ecosystem
• Provide strategic guidance on Atlassian platform development and integrations
• Support presales by designing solution architectures and contributing to proposals
• Participate in marketing and community initiatives
• Improve team processes to boost collaboration and efficiency
• Mentor team members and support growth through training
• Analyze client environments and suggest innovative workflows
