Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Atlassian Expert with strong security expertise to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade Atlassian platforms. You will lead complex projects, architect secure integrations, and guide enterprise transformations with Agile/ITSM excellence.

Responsibilities include designing scalable Atlassian architecture, leading Jira Data Center and Atlassian Cloud initiatives, and mentoring teams. Strong leadership and security-first mindset required for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Atlassian products and platforms.
• Leadership experience of at least 1 year in complex projects.

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Expert with strong security expertise to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade Atlassian platforms. • Architect integrations with systems such as ServiceNow, GitHub Enterprise, and CI/CD pipelines
• Build automation using REST APIs, Atlassian Forge, and Automation for Jira
• Support Jira Cloud migrations and enterprise transformations
• Optimize Agile and ITSM workflows
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and solution discovery sessions
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Atlassian products
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
• Expertise in Jira Software, Atlassian Cloud, and Data Center
• Proficiency in REST APIs, workflow design, and automation
• Knowledge of SSO and IAM
• Skills in SQL, scripting, and integration platforms
• Background in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
• Familiarity with ITIL practices
• Competency in business process mapping and stakeholder management
• English level B1+ for effective communication
