Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with Application or Business Analysts to assess impact of changes.
• Configure and test system changes for low complexity software components.
• Understand operational needs to support business workflows with technology.
• Identify issues in the application area and cross-team impacts.
• Create and maintain system documentation.
• Develop trainings and work with end users.
• Provide end-user production support and status updates.
• Perform routine technical tasks on the assigned platform.
• Participate in projects and adapt to changing business needs.
