EDP Energia Polska is seeking an experienced Operations & Finance leader to oversee P&L and budgeting, contract management, and land lease operations for its multi-site energy assets in Poland.

You will coordinate financial reporting, manage stakeholders, and drive efficiency across O&M, insurance, and SPV governance. Strong English skills and a strategic mindset are required for this role.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of experience in project management, construction management or operation & maintenance positions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate yearly Budget preparation and present results to leadership.
• Support management reports across financial, energy market, and technical perspectives.
• Oversee P&L tracking and forecast recovery plans with departments.
• Manage contracts, invoicing, and compliance with external parties.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and communication at local level.
• Oversee land lease management, PPAs, and energy measurement data quality.
• Coordinate SPV administration and reporting to shareholders.
• Drive business efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
