Job summary

Parker Electromechanical in Wrocław is seeking an AR Team Leader to manage a team of 10–15 Accounts Receivable specialists, monitor performance, and support them in handling escalations.

You will drive performance, motivate the team, provide feedback, set short- and long-term goals, coordinate with local and regional managers, and ensure smooth AR processes in line with regulations. The role offers a generous benefits package and flexible working time.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in AR/finance operations.
• English proficiency: minimum B2.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset toward process improvement.
• Decisive, able to take initiative and make sound decisions.
• Able to work under pressure and operate independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
