Job summary

Parker Hannifin in Siechnice, Poland, seeks a Digital & IT Analyst to support manufacturing operations and drive data-informed improvements. You will analyze enterprise data, advise on IT solutions, and deploy technologies to streamline processes and cut costs.

You will maintain local IT/OT network infrastructure, train staff, ensure secure data transfer, and support shop-floor connectivity, with occasional travel as needed.

The Fluid Connectors Group Europe is a strategic business Group within PHEMEA. High Pressure Connectors Europe is a key service provider to the Fluid Connectors Group Europe

The High Pressure Connectors Division EMEA is one of the largest businesses in Parker. Besides the classic DIN (Ermeto) and SAE fittings, quick couplings, multi coupler, flanges, valves, tubes, SensoControl measuring devices, tube forming and pre-assembly machines are part of the HPCE product range and are manufactured in several locations.

The Digital & IT Analyst is located at Siechnice Plant and directly reports to Division IT Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical advice and direction for application and technology that impacts business operations;
• Analyze and apply enterprise data to make recommendations / modifications to streamline & simplify processes while reducing operating costs
• Develop and deploy appropriate Digital and Information Technology solutions
• Establish and develop procedures for proper utilization of Digital and IT technology
• Ensure the reliable operation, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the local IT and OT network infrastructure, including network connectivity within the plant.
• Support machine connectivity and shop-floor data collection systems to ensure the availability, accuracy, and secure transfer of production data.
• Develop and deliver training to support process changes and new technology introductions
• Evaluate and modify existing technology to allow for changes in business requirements or equipment configurations
• Provide after-hour technical support as needed
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT related field
• 3 years of previous experience providing IT solutions within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with machine connectivity, operational technology (OT) networks, manufacturing systems, or shop-floor data collection
• Good understanding of network topology, network troubleshooting, and local network infrastructure
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Domain Controller services
• Analytical thinking, planning and development skills
• Well organized, independent and goal-oriented
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office especially Excel (VBA, Makro’s, Power Qry), Access
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP class systems (JDEdwards a plus)
• Fluent in Polish and English language (German would be an asset)
• Communication skills, ability to work in a team, stress resistance

• Willingness to travel occasionally
