Job summary

Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin seeks an AR Team Leader to oversee a multi-entity accounts receivable team. You will manage people, drive AR processes, and partner with global finance stakeholders to optimize collections and ensure accurate reporting.

The role is based in Szczecin with onsite work and a possible hybrid arrangement, offering an international work environment and opportunities to develop language skills and finance automation projects.

Qualifications

• Strong finance competencies (accounts receivable preferably).
• Experience in leading people and driving performance.
• Business experience in international contexts is advantageous.
• Experience in efficiency initiatives including digitalization and automation.
• Experience in project management and finance transitions.
• Very good English skills.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Power BI, ERP and CRM systems.
• Strategic business understanding and strong communication in an international environment.
• High ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and recruit AR team located in CPBC Szczecin.
• Own AR processes and be the primary contact to Business Support stakeholders.
• Oversee incoming/outgoing payments, bank and AR account reconciliations.
• Guide team to reduce AR ageing and optimize collections.
• Handle AR reporting and year-end close for all entities.
• Represent AR processes in internal reviews and audits.
• Drive global finance strategy, projects and transitions.
• Translate strategy into actionable goals for the team.

About the department

The Accounts Receivable (AR)team is responsible for handling all incoming payments from customers (wholesalers, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, national health founds, patients),recording outgoing payments to Coloplast suppliers, creating users in bank system, managing over 150 bank accounts for40+ entities globally.

About the role

AR Team Leader is responsible forAR team located in Coloplast Business Centre (CPBC) in Szczecinand AR processes for 40+ entities. The responsibility includes people management of the team, team strategic planning, day to day operations as well as the development and implementation of effective and efficient finance processes including implementation of automation. The job is located in Szczecin office and we expect you to work onsite (however remote work combined is possible).

Responsibilities

• Leading, managing and recruiting AR team located in CPBC
• Actingas the owner of AR processes andthe primary contact to Business Support stakeholders
• Accountable and responsible for incoming and outgoing payments allocations, bank and AR accounts reconciliations
• Guide team to reduce AR ageing and optimize collections
• ARgroup reporting and financial year end close of AR books for all served entities
• RepresentingAR processes in front of internal review and external audit
• Execution of global finance strategy, projects and transitions
• Ability to translate strategy into operational goals and actions.
• Leading and supporting development of AR processes and methods
• Driving the transition of Accounts Receivables into modern and automated area
• Identifying opportunities for growth and optimization within AR area and between other departments
• Keeping close dialogue with business support group, group reporting and controlling, IT, Global Tax & Compliance, Treasury
• Managingrelationships with key stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong finance competencies (accounts receivable preferably)
• Experience inleading people, natural leadership skills, ability and passion to motivate and manage people
• Business experience from an international organization will be an advantage
• Experience in efficiency implementation (includes digitalization and automation)
• Experience inproject management and finance transitions
• Very good English skills
• Very good technical (Excel, Power BI, ERP and CRM systems)
• Strategic business understanding
• Communication and interpersonal skills in an international environment
• High ethical standards
