Job summary

Rolls-Royce Krakow is recruiting for an Accounts Receivable - Collections Lead on a 3-year fixed-term contract. The role leads the AR Collections tower, ensuring timely collections, accurate postings and strong governance to protect cash flow targets.

The role partners with regional finance teams and the Head of Finance Delivery to align collections strategy with business priorities. You will mentor senior specialists and drive performance reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 12+ years in a GBS or BPO with AR/order-to-cash leadership.
• Proven track record leading multi-level teams and driving KPIs across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the AR Collections tower, including cash application, dispute management and period-end close.
• Oversee KPI data, reporting automation and leadership reporting for executives.
• Maintain strong governance around controls, policies and IFRS 9 compliance.
• Develop leadership capability within the AR team and manage resource allocation.
