Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków is hiring an AR Collections Specialist on a 3-year fixed-term contract. The role focuses on collections, cash application, and analytics within the AR team, reporting to the Tower Lead.

You will mentor junior members and deliver data-driven insights to strengthen collections strategies. The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in AR/collections, strong ERP experience (SAP, ServiceNow, Blackline, BW), IFRS 9 familiarity, and fluency in English; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business administration or related field.
• AAT Level 2+ or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• 6–8 years in collections or AR, with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on collections strategies and overdue balances with team lead.
• Process cash applications and resolve discrepancies within SLA.
• Generate aging reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Assist month-end close and reconcile AR subledger with GL.
• Provide updates on AR metrics and support IFRS 9 compliance.
