Job summary

Rolls-Royce Krakow Global Capability Centre invites an Accounts Receivable - Billing Team Lead to join on a three-year fixed-term contract. You will lead a team of Senior AR Billing Specialists and drive performance through data-driven insights while collaborating with commercial, contract teams and operations managers.

The role emphasises governance, process improvements, and robust controls across the AR Billing process. Hybrid work is available in Krakow's Unity Tower office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance & accounting.
• 10+ years’ experience in a GBS or BPO setting.
• Expert knowledge of end-to-end order to invoice process and related accounting (IFRS15).
• Experience in resource planning, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Experience managing an AP team and driving performance against KPIs.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate people.
• Stakeholder management experience at operational level.
• Experience with ERP system: SAP is a must.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or any other equivalent training - desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the AR Billing team, prioritising tasks and balancing workload.
• Drives team performance through data-driven insights and maintains project documentation.
• Provides clear updates to stakeholders and drives operational governance.
• Maintains controls and procedures of AR Billing; enforces governance per RCMs.
• Ensures timely closure of audits and implements corrective controls.
• Mentors team members and shares learnings across departments.
