Job summary

Rolls-Royce Krakow Global Capability Centre is seeking an AR Collections Lead for a 3-year fixed-term contract. You will lead the AR Collections tower, manage cash flow and working capital targets, and partner with regional teams to align collections strategy with business priorities.

The role focuses on end-to-end delivery of collections, KPI reporting, risk and compliance, and developing leadership within the team. Hybrid work, private healthcare and annual bonus are among the benefits.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading AR / order-to-cash teams in a GBS or BPO environment.
Strong IFRS 9 knowledge and accounting fundamentals.
Senior stakeholder management across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of the AR Collections tower, including cash application, dispute management, and period-end activities.
Set tower priorities, allocate resources, and review postings for accuracy and policy alignment.
Monitor KPI data, drive automation, and prepare leadership reports for stakeholders.
Lead the AR Collection Team Lead and Senior Specialists, coaching and developing talent.
Ensure compliance with controls and governance, and address audit findings promptly.
