Rolls-Royce Corporation in Kraków is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Lead on a 3-year fixed-term contract. You will lead a team of Senior AP Specialists and Specialists, ensuring on-time delivery of AP services and governance.

You will drive process improvements, manage performance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet SLAs and KPIs while developing your team's capabilities and mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting.
• 10+ years’ experience in a GBS or BPO setting.
• Expert knowledge of end-to-end AP process and related accounting.
• Experience with ERP system: SAP S/4HANA is essential.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent training - desirable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Operational Delivery - Coordinates and supervises day-to-day prioritising of tasks, balancing workload across the team.
• Performance Management and CI - Drives team and process performance through data driven insights and manages documentation on projects and assignments.
• Stakeholder Management - Provide updates to identified stakeholders and leadership, driving operational governance.
• Risk, Compliance & Controls - Maintain controls and procedures of Accounts Payable; ensure governance around controls.
• Team Management - Mentor and provide guidance, feedback on performance.
• Knowledge Sharing - Share learnings across departments.
