Job summary

Rolls-Royce Krakow Global Capability Centre is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable — Collections Specialist for a 3-year fixed-term contract. You will support advanced AR tasks, focus on reporting, analytics, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

You will help monitor payments, resolve discrepancies, and provide data-driven insights to AR leadership. The role also involves mentoring junior team members and contributing to IFRS 9 compliance in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in collections, AR, or related finance role with leadership experience.
• Proficient with ERP systems (SAP, ServiceNow, Blackline, BW) and reporting tools.
• Familiar with IFRS 9 policies and controls.
• Fluent in English; German desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collections management: support overdue balance recovery and strategize with the Team Lead.
• Cash application: process payments and resolve discrepancies within SLAs.
• Reporting & analytics: run aging reports, provide insights, analyze variances and DSOs.
• Period end close: assist AR subledger reconciliation and month-end close tasks.
• Risk & compliance: report AR metrics, ensure IFRS 9 alignment, support audits.
