Job summary

Rolls-Royce Krakow Global Capability Centre seeks an Accounts Receivable - Billing Team Lead on a 3-year fixed-term contract. Lead a team of Senior AR Billing Specialists and AR Billing Specialists to meet SLAs and KPIs, while developing staff and driving process improvements.

You will coordinate day-to-day operations, manage workloads, and collaborate with commercial and contract teams to ensure customer needs are met. Hybrid work model in Krakow offers growth within a global centre.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting required.
• 10+ years’ experience in a GBS or BPO setting.
• Expert knowledge of end-to-end order to invoice process and IFRS15.
• Experience in resource planning, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Experience managing an AR/AP team and driving KPIs.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and motivate people.
• Strong stakeholder management at operational level.
• SAP experience is a must; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operational Delivery: supervise day-to-day prioritisation of tasks; balance workload; identify trends and report findings.
• Performance Management & CI: drive team performance with data-driven insights; maintain project documentation; support process redesign/standardization/optimization.
• Stakeholder Management: provide updates to stakeholders and leadership; drive governance.
• Risk, Compliance & Controls: maintain AR Billing controls; ensure design and governance per Risk Control Matrix.
• Audit closure: ensure timely closure of audit findings and implement controls.
• Team Management: mentor peers, provide feedback, share learnings across departments.
