Vonage is seeking a Product Operations Manager for Apps to accelerate product discovery, governance, and lifecycle excellence. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to embed AI-enabled tooling and evidence-based workflows across the Apps portfolio, driving faster, value-driven outcomes.

You will design and deliver playbooks, templates, and training programs that raise PM maturity, while ensuring customer signals and market insights steer product

Competenze

• 3+ years of product management experience across the full lifecycle (discovery through GTM).
• Ability to design and optimize processes to improve team efficiency and product quality.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate product or cross-functional work.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Mansioni

• Own and govern elements of the operating model for Apps product decisions from discovery to post-launch.
• Design and maintain customer feedback loops and market insights feeding product decisions.
• Lead onboarding and enablement to drive product practice maturity and adoption of PDLC best practices.
• Build and maintain roadmaps, playbooks, and templates to ensure consistency and repeatability.
• Champion AI adoption and develop decision-support visualizations across the portfolio.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align on priorities.
