Job summary

Vonage is seeking a Product Operations Manager for Apps to drive the operating model across the product lifecycle, enabling teams with data, AI tools, and scalable processes. You will lead customer signal integration, devise evidence-based playbooks, and collaborate with PMs to accelerate discovery, strategy, and outcomes.

In this builder role, you will ship frameworks, tooling, and training programs, measuring success by the improved roadmap velocity and PM maturity across the Apps Core Product

Responsibilities

• Own and govern elements of the operating model for Apps, from opportunity discovery to post-launch measurement.
• Design and maintain the customer signal loop so feedback, usage signals, and market insights feed product decisions.
• Lead reinvention of the product development lifecycle around evidence-based design, AI integration, and outcomes.
• Create roadmap frameworks focused on outcomes and strategic themes aligned to our tooling (Aha!).
• Establish playbooks, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency across the product team.
• Support the launch, adoption, and optimization of Aha! as the product management platform, including training and onboarding.
• Identify decision-support visuals that surface product performance and delivery progress.
• Champion responsible AI adoption within the Product team and educate on AI tool use.
• Evaluate tools and automation to reduce decision fatigue and free PMs for high-value work.
• Define standards and KPIs for product performance and embed them into the PDLC.
• Partner with analysts to ensure instrumentation, reporting, and visualization priorities align with team needs.
• Support portfolio investment planning with trade-off analyses using market impact and value as inputs.
• Build a repeatable commercialization framework for cross-functional go-to-market activities and ensure alignment across departments.
• Deliver executive-level updates that distill complex operational details into concise, actionable insights.
