Job summary

Randstad Polska is seeking a Team Leader for the AP/PTP department in Poznań's SSC. The role involves managing the AP team, supervising accounts payable and payments processes, and coordinating month-end activities in line with global deadlines.

The ideal candidate has a master's degree in Finance/Accounting or economics, 2+ years of team leadership experience, fluent Polish (C1) and English (B2), and strong Excel and SAP skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or Economic background.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in team management in finance or accounting.
• Very good English (B2) and fluent Polish (C1).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Experience in SAP system.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the AP team.
• Supervise Accounts Payables and Payments processes.
• Coordinate daily AP processes and month-end close.
• Prepare reports and ad hoc analyses for regional and global treasury teams.
• Create and update procedures and manuals.
• Present results in monthly calls with regional management and global treasury team.
• Maintain contact with other finance teams.
