Job summary

Randstad Polska in Poznań seeks an experienced Team Leader for the AP/PTP department. You will manage and motivate the AP team, supervise accounting processes, and drive improvements across local and global workflows.

You will also create procedures and coordinate month-end close to meet deadlines and report results to regional and global teams. Requirements include a Master’s in Finance/Economics, at least 2 years in team management, strong English (B2) and Polish (C1), advanced Excel, and SAP

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting or Economic background.
• Global company experience in finance or accounting, AP/PTP preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in team management.
• Very good English (B2) and fluent Polish (C1).
• Advanced Excel skills and SAP experience.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the AP team; coordinate daily AP processes.
• Oversee Accounts Payables and Payments processing.
• Seek process improvements in local business and the global process.
• Create and update procedures and manuals regularly.
• Coordinate month-end close per global requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Present results at monthly calls with regional management and treasury.

• advanced knowledge of Excel
