Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. in Poznań is seeking an experienced AP team lead to manage and motivate the Accounts Payables team and supervise payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role focuses on process improvements, creation and updating procedures, coordinating daily AP activities, and supporting month-end close in line with global requirements. Hybrid work 2-3 days in Poznań center; contract of employment; salary from 16,000 PLN gross monthly.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting or Economics.
• Experience in finance or accounting in a global company, in AP/PTP (SSC/BPO structures preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the AP team.
• Supervise Accounts Payables and Payments processes.
• Look for process improvements in local business and the process.
• Create and regularly update procedures and manuals.
• Coordinate daily AP processes.
• Coordinate month-end close in line with global requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Present results on monthly calls with regional management and the global treasury team.
• Maintain contact with other finance teams.

• willingness to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
