Job summary

MKS Inc. in Poznań is seeking an Accounts Payable Subject Matter Expert to drive continuous process improvements, support transition and transformation activities, promote standardization, and serve as the primary AP expert for internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

You will lead AP-related initiatives, coordinate improvement projects, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with SAP specialists to optimize workflows and controls across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting or related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable in a multi-entity environment.
• Experience with SAP and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for AP processes across entities.
• Participate in transition activities and collaborate on projects for supported countries.
• Advise on process improvements and drive automation initiatives.
• Support AP data management and internal controls development.
• Coordinate AP improvement projects with stakeholders and track progress.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing for new team members.
